Morning

  • Warm Lemon or Ginger Tea: A simple start that supports digestion and gently wakes the system.

  • Breathe + Set an Intention: Pause for a few deep belly breaths. Ask, “How do I want to feel today?”

Midday

  • Nourishing Meals: Prioritize warm, grounding foods — soups, steamed greens, root vegetables, and healthy fats like avocado, flax, or tahini.

  • Slow Down While You Eat: Digestion begins with presence. Breathe between bites. Chew. Feel into the nourishment.

Evening

  • Screen-Free Wind Down: Begin unplugging by 9 p.m. if possible.

  • 10:00–10:30 p.m. Bedtime: According to Chinese Medicine, this honors your Kidney and Liver meridians — guardians of hormones and energy.

  • Journaling Prompt: Reflect, release, or offer gratitude. Each day includes a suggested prompt like:“What am I learning to trust in my body?” or“What needs to soften in my routine?”


Daily Practices & Themes

Each day also offers a focus or affirmation, such as:
